Piranha Method, LLC. is a South Carolina based limited liability company comprised of three dedicated web designers and programmers: Matthew Cluver, Curt Blanton, and Scott Carroll. Together we design and deliver high quality creative work and applications that are guaranteed to eat your competition.
Matthew Cluver
Matthew Cluver has been working in the technology field since 1998 when he joined up with WP Media, Inc. a local Internet Service Provider in South Carolina (at the time). At WP Media Mr. Cluver first became introduced to web development, graphic design, linux administration, programming, and enterprise wireless networking. WP Media was one of the first companies in South Carolina to offer widespread wireless internet access (around Kingstree and the surrounding rural cities). WP Media is known for holding patents for the development of initial wireless 802.11 security protocols that are still in use today in certain deployments.
After leaving WP Media in 2000, Mr. Cluver started Piranha Method, LLC. Piranha Method is an IT consultation, development, design and hosting firm specializing in outsourced IT solutions for select groups of clientèle throughout the United States.
Piranha Method is responsible for the successful branding and web launch as well as daily IT operations of patented Zestra which is now available in Wal-Mart as well as every pharmacy chain nationwide. Piranha Method has also developed a custom web-based system that gathers, analyzes, and reports daily on properties listed for foreclosure in select markets — thus giving real estate investors a lead on their competition for properties going to auction. Over the years Piranha Method has headed numerous graphic design and web development projects for companies throughout the country.
In 2006, Piranha Method created subsidiary Hostmaster Flex, LLC., which partnered with several Charlotte based companies to offer a state-of-the-art datacenter, featuring numerous network, power and facility redundancies, linked to the largest wireless (802.11) network in North & South Carolina. In addition, Hostmaster Flex is also responsible for supporting one of the first Linux High-Availability Virtual Hosting Clusters in production use today, a cluster farm prototype well ahead of its time.
In 2007, Mr. Cluver became a partner in Wire Fly Communications, LLC. to expand on access to the largest wireless 802.11 network in North & South Carolina and to extend the network and offer services to residential communities throughout the region.
